FOREWORD:

There is hardly a day without reports of violent events from Palestine: bomb attacks followed by acts of retaliation in such a seemingly endless succession that one might be lured into believing that both parties are at fault.

Wherever there is violence, the sensible thing to do is to deal with its causes. In Palestine like everywhere else, history provides the keys to understand the present time and guidelines for the future.

We are not neutral besides the conflict: we stand by the Palestinian people against the oppressive and expansionnist state of Israel. There is in fact a much simpler origin to an extremely complex and controversed state of facts: the denial of a people’s right to their native soil by a supremacist state whose very existence rests upon confessional discrimination.

Palestina Resisteix has joined the ever-growing worldwide community of societies who support the Palestinians’ right to resist expoliation and exploitation and wish to help to a fair settlement to the conflict.

One of our commitments is to spread the truth in a fair and plural way where there is no room for romanticism and the praise or instrumentalisation of violence but a great sense of autocriticism  and responsibity.
